GB 30531-2014 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for commercial gas cooking appliances
Abstract
This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, energy efficiency limit values, energy-saving evaluation values, test methods, and inspection rules for commercial gas stoves. This standard applies to Chinese gas cooking stoves (hereinafter referred to as "cooking stoves") with a rated heat load of no more than 60 kW per gas burner; gas cooking stoves with a rated heat load of no more than 80 kW per gas burner and a nominal diameter of the pot of no less than 600 mm (hereinafter referred to as "large cooking stoves"); and gas steamers with a rated heat load of no more than 80 kW and a steam pressure in the steam chamber of no more than 500 Pa (gauge pressure) (hereinafter referred to as "steamers"). For the purposes of this standard, "gas" refers to the gas specified in GB/T 13611.
