Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, marking, general technical requirements, physical properties, and labeling for fiber ropes made of polypropylene membrane, single filament, composite filament (PP2), and high-strength composite filament (PP3) with 3, 4, 8, and 12 strands.
This standard applies to polypropylene fiber ropes with a linear density of 6.51 ktex to 12 180 ktex and a rope code of 4 to 160.
