LY/T 3170-2019 Garden machinery—Extended-reach hedge trimmer with lithium-ion battery as power source
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model numbering methods, basic parameters, technical requirements, and test methods for pole-type hedge trimmers powered by lithium-ion batteries (hereinafter referred to as "lithium-ion pole-type hedge trimmers"). It also covers marking, user manuals, packaging, transportation, storage, and disposal. This standard applies to pole-type hedge trimmers powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs (battery groups) with a nominal voltage not exceeding 75 V DC under normal environmental conditions. This standard does not apply to: -- lithium-ion pole-type hedge trimmers with rotating blades; -- pole-type hedge trimmers powered by universal battery packs or battery groups installed by users themselves; -- other pole-type hedge trimmers powered by non-lithium-ion batteries.
