Abstract
This standard specifies the gas chromatography determination method for the residual amounts of seven PCB monomers (PCB 28, PCB 52, PCB 101, PCB 118, PCB 138, PCB 153, and PCB 180) in aquatic products, which can reflect the status of PCB pollution.
This standard is applicable to the determination of PCB residues in the edible parts of aquatic products.
