Abstract
This document specifies the classification of operating conditions and correction factors for passenger cars, as well as the calculation method for their fuel consumption. This document is applicable to the calculation of fuel consumption for passenger cars (excluding bus models) that run on gasoline or diesel as the sole fuel on highways and urban roads. It can also be used as a reference for fuel consumption quota management in road transport enterprises.
