Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for the construction of pilot test bases in chemical parks, including site selection, overall layout, buildings and structures, zoning facilities, public utilities, safety, environmental protection, fire prevention, informatization, and requirements for the reuse and decommissioning of pilot test equipment.
This document applies to the new construction, renovation, and expansion of pilot test bases in chemical parks.
