GB/T 27664.1-2026 Non-destructive testing instruments—Characterization and verification of ultrasonic test equipment—Part 1:Instruments
Abstract
This document specifies the test methods and acceptance criteria for the electrical performance of Type A pulse digital ultrasonic detectors operating in the frequency range of 0.5 MHz to 15 MHz, applicable to manual ultrasonic nondestructive testing using single-crystal or dual-crystal probes. This document is also applicable to multi-channel ultrasonic detectors.
This document can be partially applied to ultrasonic detectors in automatic detection systems, but additional testing may be required to ensure their performance meets the requirements.
This document is not applicable to ultrasonic detectors operating in continuous wave mode.
This document is also not applicable to phased array ultrasonic detectors. Refer to ISO 18563-1. If the phased array ultrasonic detector has dedicated channel interfaces for single-crystal or dual-crystal probes, this document applies to these channels.
