GB/T 7549-2008 Synchronizing universal coupling with ball and socket
Abstract
This standard specifies the structural type, dimensions, and basic parameters of ball-cage synchronous universal joints (hereinafter referred to as universal joints), as well as their marking, technical requirements, inspection rules, and labeling, packaging, and storage.
This standard applies to drive shaft systems with synchronization requirements. The nominal torque transmitted ranges from 180 N·m to 560,000 N·m, and the allowable maximum shaft inclination angle is between 14° and 18°.
