Abstract
This document stipulates the requirements for the preparation of emergency drill plans for electrochemical energy storage power stations, including work preparation, process implementation, evaluation and summary, and continuous improvement. This document is applicable to emergency drills for electrochemical energy storage power stations using lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and hydrogen production by water electrolysis/fuel cells as energy storage carriers.
