GB/T 712-2011 Ship and ocean engineering structural steel
Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and grades of structural steel for ships and marine engineering, the content of orders, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations, requirements, inspections and tests, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This standard applies to the manufacture of steel plates with a thickness of not more than 150 mm, steel strips with a thickness of not more than 25.4 mm, and shearing plates for ships, fishing vessels, and marine engineering structures navigating in ocean, coastal, and inland waters, as well as sections with a thickness or diameter of not more than 50 mm (hereinafter referred to as "steel materials").
