This guidance technical document specifies the procedures, content, and format for making material declarations for electronic and electrical products, and sets basic requirements for the method of expressing the composition and content of materials. The chemical substances and emissions generated during the use of products are not within the scope of the declarations required by this guidance technical document.
This guidance technical document applies to the transmission of material data information in the supply chain of electronic and electrical product enterprises.
