GB/T 211-2017 Determination of total moisture in coal
Abstract
This standard specifies the outline of the method for determining the total water content in coal, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, samples, determination steps, result calculation, method precision, and test reports. The nitrogen drying method specified in this standard (Method A1 and Method B1) is applicable to all types of coal; the air drying method (Method A2 and Method B2) is applicable to bituminous coal (except for easily oxidized coal) and anthracite. This standard uses Method A1 as the arbitration method. Note: This standard also provides a microwave drying method for rapid determination of total water content, which is suitable for bituminous coal and lignite. See Appendix A for details.
