Abstract
This part of GA/T 946 stipulates the legal documents used in the process of handling road traffic violations, including the Punishment Decision Letter for Simple Procedures of Public Security Traffic Management, the Certificate of Administrative Coercive Measures, the Notification of Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations, the Administrative Punishment Decision Letter, the Decision Letter on Revoking Motor Vehicle Registration/Driving Permits, etc., as well as the information collection items and requirements for handling detained items, confiscated items, temporarily suspended driving licenses, and revoked driving licenses.
This part is applicable to the collection of information on road traffic violation handling by public security organ traffic management departments.
