Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for parameter correction and data collection when conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of phases in metals and alloys using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technology. This standard is applicable to the phase analysis of metal and alloy samples by EBSD, and the phase analysis of other polycrystalline or monocrystalline materials by EBSD can also be carried out with reference to this standard.
