Abstract
This document specifies the measurement performance of the plug-in time-difference spread gas ultrasonic flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as "flowmeter"), the requirements for the flowmeter itself, installation and maintenance, on-site verification tests, as well as the flow calculation method and measurement uncertainty estimation.
This document is applicable to natural gas flow measurement in gathering and transportation devices, gas pipelines, storage facilities, gas distribution systems, user metering systems, metrology standard devices, and other application sites.
