Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, specifications and models, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) plastic windows (hereinafter referred to as plastic windows).
This standard applies to windows for buildings made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) profiles. It does not apply to other windows whose performance is not specified in this standard.
