Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for international freight forwarding by rail, rail transport arrangements, container management, determining freight rates, accepting customer consignment operations, applying for international joint transport plans, container pickup and loading operations, customs declaration operations, preparing and transferring rail waybills, loading and dispatching goods, issuing transport documents, transit operations and process tracking, pre-arrival notifications, destination customs clearance/customs declaration and goods delivery, and other operational norms.
This standard applies to international freight forwarders and their related enterprises, and can also be used as a reference for enterprise management.
