This section specifies the data transmission protocols for the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system, including the real-time data transmission protocol and the offline data transmission protocol.
This section applies to the transmission of real-time data and historical files between the main stations of the real-time dynamic monitoring system, as well as between the main stations and the sub-stations.
