GB/T 4789.37-2008 Microbiological examination of food hygiene—Enumeration of Staphylococcus aureus
Abstract
This standard specifies the counting method for Staphylococcus aureus in food.
This standard is applicable to the counting of Staphylococcus aureus in food and food poisoning samples. Among them, the first method is suitable for foods with a high content of Staphylococcus aureus; the second method is suitable for foods with a low content of Staphylococcus aureus but a high content of contaminating bacteria; and the third method is suitable for meat and its products, dairy products, etc.
