GB/T 5009.33-2008 Determination of nitrite and nitrate in foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods for nitrite and nitrate in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of nitrite and nitrate in food.
The detection limits of nitrite and nitrate in ion chromatography are 0.4 mg/kg and 0.8 mg/kg respectively; and those in spectrophotometry are 1 mg/kg and 1.4 mg/kg respectively.
