GB 4706.1—2005 is replaced by the following content:
GB 4706 This part concerns the safety of fixed immersion electric heaters for household and similar purposes, which are intended to be installed in water tanks connected to the atmosphere and used to heat water to a temperature below the boiling point. Single-phase appliances are rated for a voltage not exceeding 250 V, and other appliances are rated for a voltage not exceeding 480 V.
