GB 12710-2008 Safety code for the coking plant
Abstract
This standard stipulates the relevant requirements for the safe production of coking plants.
This standard applies to the design, construction, and acceptance of new, expanded, and renovated projects of all types of coking plants, as well as the production, maintenance, repair, and management of existing facilities.
When it is impossible to implement the relevant provisions of this standard due to the adoption of new technologies, the introduction of technologies, or the introduction of projects, it is necessary to propose corresponding safety regulations (with scientific basis) and submit them to the local provincial-level safety production supervision and management departments for review and filing before they can be used and operated.
