This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for flat-panel quick-freezing devices.
This standard applies to flat-panel quick-freezing devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) for rapidly freezing food, including flat-panel quick-freezing devices with and without refrigeration compressor units.
