Abstract
This part specifies the method for determining the silica content in aluminum fluoride.
This part is applicable to the determination of silica content in aluminum fluoride. The measurement range is 0.010% to 0.600%.
This part is not applicable to the determination of silica content in aluminum fluoride with a phosphorus pentoxide content greater than 0.02%.
