GB/T 27532-2011 Diagnostic techniques for canine distemper
Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for clinical diagnosis of canine distemper, pathogen isolation of the canine distemper virus, immunoenzyme assay, immunohistochemical assay, and RT-PCR assay.
This standard is applicable to the identification of canine distemper and its epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, and monitoring. Among them, virus isolation, immunoenzyme assay, immunohistochemical assay, and RT-PCR assay are suitable for the pathogen diagnosis of canine distemper.
