This part of GB/T 34430 specifies the methods for the protection and inspection of empty tanks on bulk carriers and oil tankers. This part applies to new ships that comply with PSPC/VOID [IMO/MSC.244(83)] or to ships whose contracts were signed after October 5, 2007.
