YY/T 0726-2020 Instrumentation for use in association with non-active surgical implants—Gerneral requirements
Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for passive surgical implant devices, including the expected performance, design attributes, material selection, design evaluation, manufacturing, sterilization, packaging, and requirements for information provided by manufacturers.
This standard applies to newly manufactured devices and devices repaired and supplied again, as well as devices connected to power-driven systems.
This standard does not apply to power-driven systems themselves, nor to devices used in conjunction with dental implants, endodontic root implants, and ophthalmic implants.
