Abstract
This part of GB/T 17747 specifies the method for calculating the compression factor of natural gas, natural gas containing artificial additives, and other similar mixtures when they exist solely in a gaseous state. The calculation method involves using the known high calorific value, relative density, and CO2 content, along with the corresponding pressure and temperature, to calculate the gas's compression factor. If H2 is present, its content must also be known, which is often the case in gases containing artificial additives.
