GB/T 19651.1-2008 Miscellaneous lampholders—Part 1:General requirements and tests
Abstract
This part of GB 19651 applies to various types of built-in miscellaneous lampholders (used for general lighting sources, spotlights, floodlights, and street lighting equipped with various lampholders listed in Appendix A), and it is also suitable for use as a test method to verify the safety of lampholders.
This part also applies to integrated lampholders that form an integral part of luminaires, but only the requirements for lampholders are involved.
This part also applies to lampholders that are enclosed in a housing and integrated with a dome similar to screw-base lampholders. Such lampholders should also undergo further testing in accordance with the requirements of GB 17935-2007, Sections 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 9.3, 10.7, Chapter 11, Sections 12.2, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7, Chapter 13, Sections 15.3, 15.4, 15.5, and 15.9.
Cylindrical threaded lampholders with lampshade fastening rings should comply with the requirements of IEC 60399.
Separate standards exist for the requirements of tubular fluorescent lampholders, screw-base lampholders, and bayonet lampholders.
