Abstract
This standard stipulates the requirements for the construction of venues, organizational structures, and teams of people's mediation committees, as well as the norms for the investigation and settlement of conflicts and disputes, file management, and mediation publicity. This standard applies to the standardized construction of people's mediation committees at the county (city, district), township (street), and village (community) levels. Enterprises (institutions), professional, and industry-specific people's mediation committees, as well as people's mediation studios, may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
