Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the total lead content in the surface coatings of toys.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the total lead content in the surface coatings of toys and toy accessories.
This standard is not applicable to inks that cannot be scraped off after printing and materials that have essentially become the base material, such as colorants in plastic products, as well as materials bonded to the base material, such as electroplating and glaze on ceramics.
