Abstract
The provisions of this part of GB 3836 apply to users. The content it contains is directly related to the inspection and maintenance of electrical devices used only in hazardous locations. It does not include the general requirements for electrical equipment, nor does it include the testing and certification of electrical equipment. This part does not include Class I equipment (for use in methane-containing mines). This part supplements the requirements of GB 16895.23-2005.
