GB/T 24733-2023 Austempered ductile iron(ADI) castings
Abstract
This document specifies the material grades, ordering information, manufacturing processes, technical requirements, sample preparation, testing methods, inspection rules and markings, quality certificates, anti-rust measures, packaging, and storage and transportation for isothermal quenched nodular cast iron parts. This document is applicable to nodular cast iron parts cast in sand molds or molds with similar thermal conductivity to sand molds and subjected to isothermal quenching heat treatment. Nodular cast iron parts produced by other casting methods (such as metal molds, metal mold coated with sand, shell molds, investment casting, and continuous casting, etc.) can be used as reference for application.
