GB/T 20319-2006

This standard specifies the general principles and contents of the project handover and acceptance between the supply and demand sides after the wind turbine generator is installed and commissioned on site and starts generating electricity normally. The purpose is to provide a unified method for determining the safety, power characteristics, power quality, noise, and other performance of the generator. This standard applies to wind turbine generators with a swept area of 40 m2 or more that have been put into mass production. It does not apply to the acceptance of prototype machines and newly developed products.
