Abstract
This standard applies to steviol glycosides, a food additive extracted and refined from the dried leaves of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni. The main glycosides are steviol glycoside and rebaudioside A. Other known glycosides include rebaudioside B, rebaudioside C, rebaudioside D, rebaudioside F, dulcoside A, sweet tea glycoside, and steviol disaccharide.
