GB/T 20466-2006 Determination of microcystins in water
Abstract
This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analysis steps for determining microcystins (cyclic heptapeptides) in water using high-performance liquid chromatography and indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This standard is applicable to the determination of microcystins in drinking water, lake water, river water, and surface water. The detection limit of microcystins in samples is 0.1 μg/L for both high-performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
