Abstract
This standard specifies the classification of enterprise energy savings, the basic principles for calculating enterprise energy savings, the method of calculating enterprise energy savings, and the method of calculating the energy-saving rate.
This standard is applicable to the calculation of enterprise energy savings and energy-saving rates. The calculation of macroscopic energy savings for other energy-using units, industries (departments), regions, and countries can also be referenced and adopted accordingly.
