GA 633-2006 Firefighters' protective ensemble for rescue
Abstract
This standard specifies the definitions, models, design requirements, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of protective clothing for firefighters during rescue operations, including firefighters' rescue protective suits, rescue protective helmets, rescue protective gloves, and rescue protective boots. This standard applies to the full set of protective clothing worn by firefighters during rescue operations. This standard does not apply to the full set of protective clothing worn by firefighters during fire-fighting operations, or when dealing with radioactive substances, biological substances, and dangerous chemical substances.
