In comparison with the various requirements in GB/T 28001-2011, this standard explains the basic principles of GB/T 28001-2011, describes the intent of the various requirements, typical inputs, processes, and typical outputs, in order to assist in understanding and implementing GB/T 28001-2011.
This standard neither imposes additional requirements on the provisions of GB/T 28001-2011 nor makes mandatory provisions for the implementation method of GB/T 28001-2011.
