Abstract
This standard specifies several methods of manual sampling for paints, varnishes, and raw materials used in paints and varnishes. These products include liquids and materials that can be liquefied by heating without undergoing chemical changes, as well as powdered, granular, and paste-like materials. Samples can be taken from tanks, cylindrical barrels, storage tanks, containers, tank trucks, or tank ships, as well as from drum-shaped barrels, bags, large packages, storage warehouses, storage trucks, or conveyor belts.
