GB/T 39430-2020 Specifications for the blanks of high reliability gears
Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, chemical composition ratio, smelting, forging technical requirements, and process control and inspection specifications for high-reliability gear blanks.
This standard is applicable to the rolling or forging blanks of gears in important transmission fields such as aerospace, rail transportation, marine equipment, wind power, nuclear power, metallurgy, petrochemical, mining, and industrial robots. The outer diameter of the blanks is generally not more than 1,200 mm, and the weight of a single piece is not more than 3 tons. Other gear blanks with high reliability requirements can also be used as a reference.
This standard is not recommended for use in general industrial, medical, automotive, and other fields.
