GB/T 4909.6-2009 Test methods for bare wires—Part 6:Bend test—Single bend test
Abstract
This part of GB/T 4909 specifies the test equipment, specimen preparation, measurement steps, test results, and evaluation for the unidirectional bending test of bare wires in the bending test.
This part is applicable to the determination of the unidirectional bending performance of round and rectangular cross-sectional conductors with a nominal diameter d of 0.300 mm to 10.00 mm, such as copper, aluminum, and their alloys, and bimetallic wires.
This part involves bending the specimen at a specified bending radius to a certain angle and observing the surface tension of the specimen after bending.
This part should be used in conjunction with GB/T 4909.1—2009.
