YY/T 0567.4-2011 Aseptic processing of health care products—Part 4:Clean-in-place technologies
Abstract
This part of YY/T 0567 specifies the basic requirements for online cleaning (CIP) of contact surfaces of equipment used in the production of medical care products by aseptic processes, and provides guidelines for identification, validation, operation, and control.
This part applies to the process of using cleaning agents on the inner surfaces of equipment designed to be compatible with CIP and may come into contact with products.
This part does not apply to the process of disassembling equipment and cleaning it in a cleaning machine.
This part does not replace or supersede national regulatory requirements, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards specific to a particular country or region and/or pharmacopoeia requirements.
