Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the clinical diagnosis of Newcastle disease, virus isolation and identification, blood coagulation and blood coagulation inhibition tests, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and real-time fluorescence RT-PCR.
This standard is applicable to the diagnosis, quarantine, detection, monitoring, and epidemiological investigation of Newcastle disease, among other things.
