Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for the provision of personal protective equipment (i.e., labor protective gear) by all employing units in the building materials industry, the identification and assessment of hazardous factors, and the requirements for the provision of personal protective equipment. This document applies to the provision and management of personal protective equipment for all employing units and their employees in the building materials industry. This document does not apply to the provision and management of fire-fighting personal protective equipment for all employing units in the building materials industry.
