This document defines the terms and definitions of water-based coated paper, provides a product classification, specifies the requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of water-based coated paper, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the production, inspection, and sales of water-based coated paper for non-food packaging purposes. This document is not applicable to water-based coated paper for food packaging purposes.
