GB/T 23642-2009 Electrical insulating materials and systems—Electrical measurement of partial discharges(PD)under short rise time and repetitive voltage impulses
Abstract
This standard applies to offline electrical measurements of partial discharges (PD) in electrical insulation systems (EIS) subjected to repetitive impulse voltages with a rise time of no more than 50 μs.
It is generally applicable to EIS powered by power electronic devices, such as electric motors.
Note 1: When using this standard for specific products, the technical requirements of other regulations may be required.
Note 2: All descriptions in this standard refer to emerging technologies. Therefore, the experience and preventive measures, as well as specific pre-processing conditions, also apply to this standard.
The following measurement methods are excluded:
—— PD detection methods based on optical fiber or ultrasound;
—— PD measurement without repetitive impulse voltages.
