Abstract
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for voltage and reactive power in 1,000 kV AC systems, the allowable deviation values of voltage, and the technical principles for voltage and reactive power configuration and adjustment.
This standard applies to 1,000 kV AC power transmission and transformation systems and power sources connected to 1,000 kV AC power transmission and transformation systems (hereinafter referred to as "1,000 kV AC systems").
