Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of metal cleaning agents. This standard applies to general-purpose cleaning agents used to clean common metal materials and their metal components. Such products are mainly composed of surfactants and various additives or solvents. This standard does not apply to metal cleaning agents for special purposes (such as aircraft cleaning).
