This document specifies the principles, samples, testing equipment, testing requirements, testing procedures, evaluation of test results, and test reports for the hammer test method of ferritic steel's non-plastic transition temperature.
This document is applicable to the determination of the non-plastic transition temperature of ferritic steel products (including plates, profiles, cast steel, and forged steel) with a thickness of not less than 12 mm.
